We gather via zoom every Tuesday @7pm EST
Each week you will receive an email reminding you of the herbal tea to prepare for our ceremony and the chakra we will be discussing
During our time together I will share about the energy of the chakra we are embracing and herbal knowledge about the tea blend that was tuned to support it such as its Intention, Energetics, Actions, and When to reach for it.
You will receive a 14 page handout that includes a great introduction about each chakra and details of all the herbs within each of my herbal blends.
